    Hey fellow food lovers, Hope you are having a great day . In our today’s menu we have a spicy Chickpeas dish which is a perfect dinner Lunch and Dinner meal or whenever you want to eat something special . It’s intense spicy flavors makes it extremely delicious, you just can’t get enough of it . So let’s begin….

    Step 1

    Preparation process

    Start with Boiling the soaked White Chickpeas along with Baking soda , Salt and Water in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles on high flame then reduce the flame to low and cook for another 8 to 10 Minutes.then keep it aside and let the pressure cool down. Also Make the paste of all the ingredients listed under the "Spice Paste" then keep it aside.

    Tampering

    Now heat the Cooking oil in a pan and add then add all the Ingredients listed under "Tampering" . Let the Cumin crackle then add Chopped Onions and cook till it gets golden brown in color.

    Add the "Spice paste" along with other spices

    Add the "Spice paste" along with Turmeric , Coriander powder, Red Chilly powder and salt . Mix thoroughly and cook for 3-4 minutes by stirring regularly .

    Add Pureed Tomatoes

    Time to add Pureed Tomatoes and mix well . Cook till the oil starts to ooze from the sides of the pan.

    Add the Boiled Chickpeas

    Now add the Boiled Chickpeas along with the stock (Water) to the pan as well .You can adjust the water quantity as per your preference. Let it come to a boil then reduce the flame to low and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Add Amchur powder

    Add Amchur powder at this point into the Chickpea gravy and mix. Now switch off the gas stove .

    Spicy Chole is ready to be served
