    Hey Fellow food lovers !! Hope you had a good weekend. As the weekend is over It’s time to rise and shine . Our today’s recipe Soya ,Methi with Aloo is a perfect dish to start your week as it’s Super healthy and full of essential nutrients. So let’s get started….

    Step 1
    Mark as Complete

    Wash and Chop the Dill leaves and Fenugreek Leaves , also peel and chop the potatoes.

    Step 2
    Mark as Complete

    Now heat the oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds and Crushed Garlic then mix well .

    Step 3
    Mark as Complete

    Let everything cook for 20 seconds then add Turmeric powder and mix well.

    Step 4
    Mark as Complete

    Now add Dill leaves, Fenugreek leaves and Potatoes to the pan then mix well .

    Step 5
    Mark as Complete

    Let everything cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes then add salt to it.

    Step 6
    Mark as Complete

    Cook till Potatoes ,Dill - Fenugreek leaves gets soft in texture then turn off the gas stove.

    Step 7
    Mark as Complete

    Soya - Methi and Aloo is ready to be served. Enjoy it with Roti ,Paratha or simple Dal- Rice. Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you.
