2 Cups All purpose flour
1 & 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 & 1/2 Cups Mango PulpAlphonso Mangoes are best option to make Mango Pulp for Cake
100 Grams Unsalted ButterShould be on Room Temperature & Melted
200 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
Hello dear fellow foodies!!!
As the Mango season is on we are here with the one more recipe of Mango.
The cake we are preparing today is made of homemade mango pulp, All Purpose Flour and Condensed milk.
This yummy treat comes out great with tea or coffe and kids too enjoy eating it.
So lets get started….
Preheat the oven on 250°C.
Prepare the cake mould by greasing it with Butter or Oil and sprinkle some All Purpose flour on it.
The Consistency of the batter should not be too thick or thin, it should have medium consistency.
If the batter is too thick add 2-3 Tbsp of Milk and if it is thin then add 2-3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour.
You can also add sugar as per your taste if the Mangoes you are using are not sweet enough.
If Alphonso Mangoes are not available you can opt for any other Mangoes of your choice.
