    Hello dear fellow foodies!!!
    As the Mango season is on we are here with the one more recipe of Mango.
    The cake we are preparing today is made of homemade mango pulp, All Purpose Flour and Condensed milk.
    This yummy treat comes out great with tea or coffe and kids too enjoy eating it.
    So lets get started….

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven on 250°C.

    Step 2

    Prepare the cake mould by greasing it with Butter or Oil and sprinkle some All Purpose flour on it.

    Take All Purpose flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda in a bowl and whisk it well with the help of a whisker and keep it aside.

    In an other bowl take Mango Pulp then add Butter to it and whisk it well so that both the ingredients are mixed properly.

    Now add Sweetened Condensed Milk to it and whisk well.

    Now start adding the flour mixture slowly and Whisk the batter well until all lumps get dissolve.

    Now pour the batter in the prepared cake mould.

    Bake it in the preheated oven for 15-20 Minutes on 200°C .
    (or else insert the toothpick in the cake to check that batter should not stick to the toothpick , if toothpick comes clean that means the cake is baked properly otherwise bake it for some more time)

    Once the cake is baked take out the mould from the oven and let it cool.

    After the cake cools down run a knife around the cake and place the container upside down over a plate.

    Mango Cake is ready to serve.

    Notes :

    The Consistency of the batter should not be too thick or thin, it should have medium consistency.

    If the batter is too thick add 2-3 Tbsp of Milk and if it is thin then add 2-3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour.

    You can also add sugar as per your taste if the Mangoes you are using are not sweet enough.

    If Alphonso Mangoes are not available you can opt for any other Mangoes of your choice.
