    Hey my dear fellow foodies !! We are back to help you kick start your day with the yummiest smoothie in the history of mankind… Trust me!! This Mango – Banana Smoothie is unbelievably delicious and Healthy as it includes few veggies as well (Which you won’t be able to taste of course 🙂 )  .  Alright here we go…..

    Step 1
    Mark as Complete

    Add all the fruits and vegetables in the blender including half of the flax seeds. Now add water and blend till the time it turns into smooth paste . Add water if it gets too thick.

    Step 2
    Mark as Complete

    Now take it out in a large glass or a mug and top it with the remaining crunchy flax seeds. I promise you would only get the taste of mango and smooth texture of bananas. You won't even taste vegetables in this smoothie. Along with the health benefits roasted flax seeds add an amazing crunch and taste to the smoothie. All in all this morning breakfast recipe is rich in vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids. I hope it comes out great for all of you.
