    Good Morning dear fellow foodies!!!
    Mattha is Maharashtrian drink usually served with Masale Bhat or Pulav.
    It is good coolant made during summers as it helps to protect against heat strokes during summers.
    Hope you all like it…….

    Step 1
    Mark as Complete

    Place Green Chilies, Ginger , Coriander Leaves with 2 Tbsp of water in a Jar and grind together to make a fine paste and keep aside.

    Step 2
    Mark as Complete

    Whisk curd in a bowl.

    Step 3
    Mark as Complete

    Add Sugar, Cumin Powder, Black Rock Salt, Common Salt and whisk well till the sugar gets dissolved.

    Step 4
    Mark as Complete

    Now add the fine paste made with Green Chili, Ginger and Coriander leaves and again whisk well.

    Step 5
    Mark as Complete

    Now add water to the mixture and again mix well.
    Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Boondi.

    Step 6
    Mark as Complete

    Mattha is ready to Serve.

    Serve chilled with Rice or Pulav.
