    Hey Fellow food lovers, Happy Friday !! As the weekend is just around the corner , We are set with our delicious recipe .This Fish in Coconut milk gravy is an absolute delight for fish lovers. Coconut milk gives it a smooth taste and texture which is quite different from the regular fish curries we eat. Do try this recipe and share your thoughts with us.

    Start with Heating the Cooking Oil in a Skillet then add Cumin seeds, Black Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves into it as well. Cook it for 20 Seconds.

    Add Chopped Onions as well and cook till it gets translucent in color .

    Now add Ginger - Garlic Paste along with Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder, Coriander powder and Salt. Mix well and cook for 2 Minutes.

    It's Time to add the Coconut milk into the pan . Mix well and cook on medium flame till it starts to boil.

    Now add the Fish pieces into the pan and mix well. Coat all the pieces with the gravy and let it cook for 5 Minutes.

    It's Time to add the Tamarind pulp into the gravy as well. Mix gently and let it cook till the Fish gets soft in texture. It would take 5-7 Minutes (Approx). Then Switch off the gas stove.
