    Hey fellow food lovers,Hope you are doing good. Today we are sharing a simple and tasty recipe which gets ready pretty quickly . This Bhindi Bhurji is Mildly spiced, Delicious and very healthy at the same time. So lets begin ….

    Step 1

    Add Cumin seeds and Onions

    Start with heating the oil in a Skillet then add Cumin seeds and let it crackle. Then add Chopped Onions to the pan and cook till it gets translucent.

    Add Turmeric and Crushed Garlic

    Add Turmeric and Crushed Garlic then mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes.

    Add Chopped Bhindi (Okra)

    Now add Chopped Bhindi (Okra) to the pan as well and mix thoroughly. Cook for 5 to 7 Minutes.

    Add the Spices

    Time to add Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala then mix everything thoroughly.

    Cook the Bhindi

    Now reduce the flame to low and cover it with the lid. Cook the Bhindi till it gets soft in texture by stirring occasionally. Then Switch off the gas stove.
