    A Pinch of
    1/8 Tsp (Powdered) About 2 gm
    2 Tbsp you can also use lemon juice
    To Taste
    For deep frying Bhakarwadi-
    500 ml

    Hey dear fellow foodies!! Today we are presenting Sweet and Spicy Bhakarwadi recipe.It is made with All purpose flour dough stuffed with Gramflour and some spices.Now its time to balance your taste buds with sweet & salty Bhakarwadi.

    Step 1

    For Dough-

    In a bowl take Maida add 1/4 cup Oil, Baking Soda and sieve well.

    Step 2

    Add sufficient water and make stiff dough, Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    For Stuffing-

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and roast gram flour , Once the gram flour turns golden brown add Powdered sugar, Nylon Sev, Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Green chili Paste, Grated Coconut, Fennel Seeds, Asafoetida, Citric, Salt and mix all the ingredients well and turn off the heat.

    Take out the mixture in a plate and let it cool.

    In a separate small bowl take 1&1/2 tbsp coriander Powder, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder and mix well with Tamarind Juice.

    For Making Rolls-

    Now Take the dough and divide it into 6-8 equal Portions.

    Take 1 Portion of the dough and roll it on the board with the help of rolling pin.

    Spread the mixture of Coriander powder, red chili powder and Tamarind Pulp / Lemon Juice on the flatten dough.

    Now sprinkle the thin layer of gram flour and all the other ingredients mixture which we have prepared on it.

    Now roll the dough very tightly. Keep the rolls aside for 10-15 minutes.

    For Deep Frying-

    Heat the oil for deep frying in a wok.

    Now cut the rolls in 2 cm long pieces.

    Deep fry the cut pieces till golden brown in color.

    Let the fried Bhakarwadi cool then store it in airtight container.
