    Hey dear fellow food lovers!!! Hope you all are doing good.
    In our today’s menu we will be preparing the recipe 0f Baigan Bharta.There are many variations of making Baigan bharta & recipe and procedure differs from region to region.
    Today we will be making simple and easy Brinjal Bharta using Onion, Tomato and some spices.Hope you all like it….

    Step 1

    Roast the Aubergine on direct flame

    Rinse the Aubergine and Pat dry with Kitchen Towel. Grease some oil on it & roast it on direct flame till it is well cooked. Keep turning the Aubergine till it is cooked evenly.
