Instructions
Kneading the Dough
  1. Mix Wheat Flour, Salt & Oil in a bowl to prepare dough.
  2. Now start kneading the dough with your fingers by adding little amount of water at a time.
  3. Use water as needed and make tight dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 Minutes.
For Stuffing
  1. In a bowl take grated Cottage cheese
  2. Add Chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder,Garam Masala, Dry Mango Powder and salt in grated Cottage cheese.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well, Stuffing is ready.
For Making Paratha
  1. Pinch a medium size ball of dough and give it round shape.
  2. Place the dough ball on board and roll it in a small circle.
  3. Put one portion of stuffing in the center.
  4. Wrap the stuffing with the rolled dough and make a stuffed ball.
  5. Sprinkle some flour on the board and roll the stuffed dough ball carefully into a circle.
  6. Heat the griddle on medium flame and place the rolled paratha on it.
  7. When tiny bubbles starts to puff up on paratha flip it.
  8. Spread 1/2 tsp oil on the paratha and flip when the other side is half cooked.
  9. Now spread oil on this side and again flip the paratha.
  10. Cook the paratha from both the sides till golden brown spots appears on both the sides.
  11. Transfer the Paratha to plate, spread some butter and serve hot with Sauce or Pickle.
