Instructions
  1. Clean and Wash Methi leaves and chop it with the Knife or Chopper.
  2. In a bowl take Wheat flour, add Gram flour, Carom Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste,Green Chili Paste, Turmeric, Chopped Methi leaves and Salt, Mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. Knead it with the help of water to form stiff dough.
  4. Meanwhile heat the oil in a Wok for deep frying the Puri.
  5. Now make small medium sized balls of dough.
  6. Roll the dough into small circle on the board with help of rolling pin to make Puri.
  7. Place the Puri in hot oil and fry until light brown in color.
  8. Methi Puri is ready to be served.
