    Step 1

    Preparation Process

    Start with grinding Ginger, Garlic and Tomatoes into a fine puree then keep it aside.

    Step 2

    Add Cumin Seeds

    Now heat the Cooking oil in a pan then add Cumin Seeds into it and let it crackle .

    Step 3

    Add Sliced Onions and Mushrooms

    Add Sliced Onions into the pan and saute it for about 5 Minutes , Then add Sliced Mushrooms and Mix it well.

    Add the Spices

    Cook Mushrooms and Onions together till they get golden brown in color. Then add Tomato- Ginger- Garlic Puree along with Salt , Turmeric, Red Chilly powder , Coriander powder and Garam Masala into the pan as well. Mix thoroughly and cook till the oil started to ooze out from the sides of the pan. It would take around 5 Minutes .

    Add Milk

    Time to add Milk into the pan then mix well and cook for 2 to 3 Minutes.

    Add the Fresh cream

    Add the Fresh cream into the pan and mix well . Cook for few more minutes .

    Add the Frozen Peas and Kasoori methi

    Time to add the Frozen Peas and Kasoori methi as well and mix thoroughly. Cook for a minute then switch off the gas stove,

    2 (Sliced) Onions

    1/2 Inch Ginger
    7 to 9 Garlic
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Teaspoon Turmeric
    2 Teaspoon Red chilly powder
    1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
    1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
    To Taste Salt
    50 gms Frozen Peas
