1 Ripe Mango
2 Teaspoons (Roasted) Flax seed
1/2 Cup Water

This Mango – Banana Smoothie is unbelievably delicious and Healthy as it includes few veggies as well (Which you won’t be able to taste of course 🙂 ) . Alright here we go…..
Now take it out in a large glass or a mug and top it with the remaining crunchy flax seeds. I promise you would only get the taste of mango and smooth texture of bananas. You won't even taste vegetables in this smoothie. Along with the health benefits roasted flax seeds add an amazing crunch and taste to the smoothie. All in all this morning breakfast recipe is rich in vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids. I hope it comes out great for all of you.
