Hey Fellow food lovers !! Hope you are doing great . In our today's menu we have an Indian Chatni (Condiment) without which no Street food, Snacks or Starter is complete. It the Sweet & Sour Imli and Gudd Chatni . It's a great taste enhancer and widely made in festive times in Indian households.So lets get started ....

Instructions
  1. Start with heating the oil in a pan.
  2. Now add Nigella and Fennel Seeds into the oil and cook for 20 Seconds.
  3. Add the Tamarind Pulp mixed with water into the pan and cook for 2 minute.
  4. Time to add the Jaggery to the pan as well .
  5. Now let the Jaggery Dissolve properly and come to a boil .
  6. Add Black Salt , Ginger powder, Red chilly powder, and Garam masala to the pan as well.
  7. Cook for 2 more minute then switch off the gas stove and let it cool.
  8. Time to enjoy this delicious Sweet & Sour Imli and Gudd Chatni with Fritters , Cutlets, Pakoda or any other snack. Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you.
