    Hey Fellow Food lovers , Hope you are enjoying your weekend. In our Sunday Special menu we have an extremely delicious Fish Appetizer . This Fish Tikka recipe is super delicious and gets ready in no time. Today we are creating an easier pan fried version of this delicacy. Hope you like it…..

    Step 1
    Mark as Complete

    Wash the fish pieces

    Start with Washing the fish pieces then dry pat it with Tissue or Kitchen Towel .

    Add all the Ingredients into the Fish and Mix

    Now add all the Ingredients into the Fish and Mix everything well. Coat the Fish evenly and keep it aside for 15 Minutes.

    Drop the Fish pieces into the hot oil

    Now heat the Cooking oil in a pan and heat it on high flame. Now reduce the flame to medium and drop the Fish pieces into the oil .

    Cook the Fish Evenly

    Cook it from both the sides for 2 to 3 Minutes then take it our in a Plate. Sprinkle some Kasoori Methi over it .

    Fish Tikka is ready to be served

    500 gms (Skinless,boneless ,Cut into 1 inch Cubes) Fish
    To Fry Cooking Oil
    For Garnishing Kasoori Methi
    For Marinating
    1 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
    1 Teaspoon Turmeric
    2 Teaspoons Red chilly powder
    1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
    2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
    1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
    1 Teaspoon (Optional) Fish Fry Masala
    2 Tablespoons Yogurt or thick curd
    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
    1 Teaspoon All purpose flour
    To Taste Salt
