  1. Start with Grinding all the ingredients listed under "Spice Puree" until it becomes a smooth paste, Keep it aside .
  2. Now in a pan heat the Cooking oil and add Cumin seeds into it.
  3. As the Cumin Crackles reduce the flame to low and add the Red Chilly powder and Coriander powder into the pan. Stir it well and cook for 20 seconds.
  4. Now add the "Spice Puree" into the pan and mix well . Time to add the "Rock Salt" as well . Stir everything well and cook till the oil starts to separate .
  5. Add the Milk Cream and mix well . Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until the cream incorporates well into the gravy .
  6. Time to add the Paneer Cubes into the gravy and mix well . Cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes then switch off the gas stove .
  7. Add the fresh Green Coriander leaves into the gravy and stir well.
  8. Our delicious Creamy Paneer Curry is ready to be served . enjoy it with Kuttu /Singhada Poori or Sama Rice . Hope this recips comes out great for all of you.
