Creamy Mushroom & Sweet Corn
Hello dear fellow food lovers , Hope you are doing good. In our today’s Special menu we have delicious and Creamy Mushroom – Sweet Corn. This is an excellent mix of health and style. We truly believe that healthy food shouldn’t be boring or tasteless . Do attempt our version of this dish and share your thoughts with us.
  1. Start with heating the Cooking oil in a pan then add Cumin seeds into it .
  2. As the Cumin crackles add the crushed Ginger- Garlic. Cook it for 30 Seconds.
  3. Now add the sliced Onions and Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes till it starts getting translucent in color.
  4. Time to add the Mushroom into the pan then mix well. Cook it for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Now add Turmeric , Red Chilly powder, Coriander powder , Salt and Pureed Tomatoes . Cook everything till the spices start to Ooze out Oil on the surface.
  6. Time to add the boiled Sweet Corn into the pan and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the Milk into the pan and Cook till it comes to a boil . Then switch off the gas stove.
  8. Creamy Mushroom- Sweet Corn is read to be served . Enjoy it with Roti , Paratha or Rice. Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you,
