Hey Fellow Food lovers , Hope you are doing good. As today is "Ananth Chaturdashi" the last day of "Ganesha Festival", we are sharing Coconut Khoya Laddu recipe with you all. Instructions
  1. Place khoya in a pan on medium flame.
  2. Cook it on medium flame while stirring continuously.
  3. Cook until it melts and starts changing color to light brown.It will take 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the khoya in a plate and let it cool.
  5. Once it cools down add Desiccated Coconut, Powdered Sugar and chopped Dry fruits to it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Take small portion of mixture on palm and start shaping it in the form of laddu.
  8. Repeat the process and make all the laddu.
  9. Serve these Coconut Khoya Laddu as Naivedyam or Prasadam.
