    Hello dear fellow foodies …a very happy Sunday!!!
    Today we are going to make Cheesy Potato Balls to make your Sunday more happening.
    If you are looking for simple and quick snack recipe then you can definitely go for this recipe.

    Step 1

    Lets start with mashing the Potatoes in a bowl.

    Now add 3 Tbsp Corn Starch, Red Chili Flakes, Black Pepper Powder,Salt, Coriander Leaves into mashed potatoes & mix all the ingredients well.

    In a bowl mix rest of the Corn Starch with salt and Water to make the paste.

    Now take a medium size ball of the potato mixture and roll it on your palms then gently press it and place a cheese cube on it.

    Wrap the cheese cube properly with Potato mixture then dip it in the corn starch paste then roll it in the bread crumbs and keep it in the plate. Continue the same process and make rest of the Potato balls.

    Place the prepared Potato balls in fridge for 30 minutes.
    After 30 minutes place a pan on heat and add oil for deep frying in it.

    Now place the refrigrated Potato balls in the oil and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 8
    Mark as Complete

    Place the kitchen paper in a plate and take out the deep fried Potato Balls in it so that kitchen paper will absorb excess Oil from the Potato Balls.

    Mark as Complete

    Cheesy Potato Balls are ready to serve.

    3 Medium size Boiled Potatoes
    1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Cut in Small Cubes
    4 Tbsp Corn Starch
    2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
    2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
    A pinch of Black pepper powder
    To Taste Salt
    For Deep Frying Oil Approx 300 ML
