Sabudana Khichadi with Mint and Coriander
Hey Fellow food lovers, Here is one more fasting recipe for all of you. Sabudana Khichadi is super delicious and extremely easy to make . It’s a good way to be energetic the whole day without eating grains and Legumes.

  1. Soak Sabudana in water for 2 hours(Approx). Meanwhile make paste of green chilies,Coriander and Mint Leaves.
  2. Peel and cut the Potato into small pieces.
  3. Now add green chili, Mint and Coriander paste along with crushed peanuts and Rock salt in soaked Sabudana and mix well.
  4. Heat some oil in pan and add the cumin seeds till it crackles, then add some curry leaves and potato, fry it till potatoes becomes soft.
  5. Now add the mixture of sabudana and mix well.
  6. Leave it on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Sabudana Khichadi is ready to be served.
  8. Serve it hot with Lemon or Curd.
