Hey dear fellow foodies...Hope you all are doing great!!! Pudina Paratha is a flavorful paratha recipe which is filled with aroma of Mint and Carom Seeds. This parathas are mostly liked by kids and can be eaten with curry or pickle.You can also pack it for the lunch box or take it along while traveling. Hope this recipe comes out great for you all....
  1. Wash and Chop Pudina/Mint leaves.
  2. In a bowl take wheat flour & add Gram Flour, Mint Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Carom Seeds, Red Chili Powder,Coriander Powder, Oil and salt.
  3. Knead it well with water to for stiff dough and keep it covered for 10 Minutes.
  4. Now place the griddle on heat and pinch medium size ball of Dough.
  5. Place the dough ball on rolling board and sprinkle some flour.
  6. Roll the ball in small circle and then brush it with Oil on the top.
  7. Then fold it into half and brush it with oil from the top.
  8. Now fold it again to form a triangle.
  9. Roll the Paratha in the shape of a triangle.
  10. Now place the rolled paratha on the griddle and cook till small bubbles start to puff up.
  11. Now flip the paratha and cook it from other side, drizzle some oil on the top of paratha.
  12. Now flip the again and drizzle oil on the other side.
  13. Cook the paratha evenly till golden brown then take it out in a plate.
  14. Serve hot Pudina Parathas with Curd, Pickle or Curry. Hope you all like it.
