  1. Step 1 - Start with adding the milk and dates in a container and let it come to a boil. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes so that the milk takes the sweetness from dates.
  2. Step 2- Now add the oats and stir well. Let it cool for another 5 minutes and then switch off the flame.
  3. Step 3 - Serve the oats in a bowl and top it up with banana, strawberry, almonds and flex seeds . Finally drizzle some honey over it.
  4. Step 4 - Our tasty and guilt free treat is ready to be served. Hope this recipe comes out great for you.
