Hey fellow food lovers!! Hope you are doing good. Today we have sorted out a finger licking dry chicken recipe which could be a perfect lunch , dinner or even a starter. Let's begin!!
  1. Procedure:-
  2. Step 1 - Start with dry roasting and then grinding all the whole spices together into a dry spice mix .
  3. Step 2 - Then grind ginger - garlic and green chilly together into a smooth paste.
  4. Step 3 - Now in a deep utensil heat the oil and add cumin seeds , bay leaves and whole red chilly to it.
  5. Step 4- As the cumin starts to crackle add the sliced onions and cook till it gets golden brown in color.
  6. Step 5 - Now add the ginger- garlic and chilly paste to the pan and cook for 2 minutes .
  7. Step 6 - Add red chilly powder and turmeric to the pan as well and mix . Add 3 - 4 spoons of water in case the spices start sticking at the bottom of the pan.
  8. Step 7 - Now add chicken pieces and mix thoroughly till the spices coat all chicken pieces. Time to add the salt to the chicken .
  9. Step 8 - Now put the lid on and let it cook . Keep checking and stirring the chicken every few minutes and Cook it till the chicken starts to get tender .
  10. Step 9 - Now add the dry spice powder to the chicken and let it get coated to the pieces.
  11. Step 10 - Switch off the gas stove and add kasoori methi and lemon juice and mix it.
  12. Step 11- Time to serve the delicious dry chicken with roti , paratha or naan. Hope this recipe comes out great for all of you.
